Doug has served as Dickson’s CEO for over 13 years, bringing a variety of experience to our company. His background includes experience in insurance, finance, and consulting holding leadership roles across all companies. He has also served as a board member on several organizations such as Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas, LabAnswer, Inc, and Digital Consulting & Software Services, Inc. Dickson is fortunate to operate under Doug’s leadership.

Kris received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center and has 22 years of experience in Institutional Casegoods Manufacturing. He has been with Dickson for 5 years as the Director of Sales. For fun, Kris likes to cook(both in the kitchen and on the grill), enjoys traveling and watching sports.

Amanda joined the student housing world in 2009, working for one of the largest student housing management companies, Peak Campus. She gained more experience with Greystar Student Living and has brought this experience to Dickson for the past 5 ½ years. When not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her two daughters (ages 3 and 7) and her husband. She enjoys traveling, weekends at the lake, and a good spicy margarita!

Kim has been with Dickson for 9 years and is currently our Customer Service Manager. Her previous experience is in Corporate Housing, Retail and Wholesale Sales/Service, as well as 17 years in the software industry as Data Entry and Accounting Management. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time cooking, traveling, and reading!

Pete brings a variety of backgrounds to Dickson with 11 years experience as a college and high school coach as well as 18 years brokering energy commodities. He has been with Dickson for 7 years as a Business Development Manager. He enjoys playing golf, traveling to watch sports, and reading!

Paul joined the Dickson team 10 years ago to help improve the Hospitality division and is currently Dickson’s Director of Hospitality Sales. Prior to joining our team, Paul attended the University of Texas and has been married for 32 years with 3 daughters! He enjoys spending time with his family and friends when he isn’t working.

Daniel works in business development under the hospitality department, bringing 33 years of experience selling office and hospitality furniture to Dickson! When he isn’t working, he enjoys softball, fishing, hunting, and is even a Coach for the Legion High School Baseball Team. He has been married to his wife, Kathy, for 41 years and they have 2 children and 4 grandchildren.

Tiffaney recently joined the Dickson team in Customer Service and Sales Support and comes with 7 years of customer service experience. She prides herself on being self-taught, a strong work ethic, and desire to grow and learn as a person. She graduated from the Hospitality Trade Program at Central Texas College in 2018 and looks forward to developing her many skills as well as learning more through her positive attitude. Outside of work she enjoys reading literature, traveling, fishing, watching football, and also takes an interest in hair and makeup. She and her daughter like to try new foods and activities such as DIY projects as well!
