Full Service Partnership from Day 1 through Completion: From the selection of furniture 10 months in advance, to the graphic design of unit layouts and room renderings, to the delivery of a model unit for the leasing office, to the planning of shipping schedules and installation challenges, to the constant communication with construction to adjust plans, all the way through student move-in, Dickson Furniture was there every day, every step of the way.

With the very crowded student housing market in Tempe, Dickson was able to customize some furniture pieces to give 920 Terrace a new and fresh look in a competitive market. Due to the urban footprint of this new property, none of the 30 truckloads of furniture could park anywhere close for unload. Using creative logistic solutions and battling 110 degree temperatures, Dickson was still able to get all 775 beds delivered on time with plenty of time to spare ahead of student move-in.
